Booking & Availability

Q: Do I need to book in advance?

  • Yes, booking in advance is recommended to secure your spot, especially during peak event seasons.​​​

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

  • I accept:

    • Online payments through my website

    • Credit card payments in person

    • Cash

Cancellations & Travel

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

  • Cancellations and rescheduling are accepted, but must follow the guidelines outlined in my Terms of Service. Payments may be non-refundable depending on the timing.

Q: Will I be charged for travel?

  • Travel within the agreed-upon location at the time of booking is included. Any changes or extended travel may result in additional fees based on distance and time.

Content Delivery & Rights

​

Q: Can I choose my favorite photos or video clips?

  • No, I personally review and select the best content to deliver. This ensures you receive the highest quality photos and footage.

Q: How will I receive the final product?

  • Final edits are delivered through a Google Drive email link. The link will stay active for 30 days after delivery.

​

Q: Can I post the content to social media?

  • Absolutely! I just ask that you credit HRT Studios in your caption or tag.

​

Q: Can I request RAW or unedited files?

  • RAW files are not offered by default, but may be licensed in special circumstances for personal or commercial use under a separate agreement. An additional fee may apply.

Music & Licensing

​

Q: Can I choose the music for my video?

  • You’re welcome to suggest music, and I’ll do my best to match the style or genre. However, I can’t guarantee specific song use.

Q: Is music licensing included?

  • Music is not licensed by default and is subject to the terms outlined in my Terms of Service.
